Vladimir Bien-Aime is the President of eTrac and has
over 9 years of experience delivering technology solutions to the
appraisal industry. Vladimir
began working with several appraisal companies in 1999 to design the
product now known as the eTrac Office Manager.
Nearly 2 years later after writing thousands of lines of code
himself, eTrac was unveiled at the National Association of Real Estate
Appraisers Convention in November of 2001. Today eTrac is the most popular

Prior to launching eTrac, Vladimir studied at the
Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He worked for the New Jersey
Department of Environment Protection (NJDEP) as a software developer and
technology specialist. He was recruited by Day One software and introduced
to the real estate appraisal industry in 1995 as a result of his Microsoft
After working with Day One for several years,
Vladimir founded Basis Consulting in 1998, a technology company focused on
developing solutions for appraisal companies and lending institutions.
Basis consulting clients included many large financial institutions
such as Bank One, Citicorp, Fleet, Green Point Mortgage and Juniper Bank.
Vladimir was also an instructor for The Chubb Institute of Technology
from 1998 to 2000. Vladimir
utilized innovative methods to teach and motivate students in the use of
curriculums included programming, tech support, MS Office applications,
Operating Systems, PC hardware and Networking.
