Advertising agreement
Following are the conditions under which Real
Estate Communication Resources (RECR) will accept advertising in Appraisal Today
newsletter, emails, and web site.
- RECR reserves the right to reject any
advertisement and the right to cancel the advertising program without
notice.
- Advertisers and their agencies will
indemnify and hold harmless the RECR, its owner and agents against all
expenses and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the
advertisement, including claims for libel, violation of privacy, copyright
infringement or plagiarism.
- RECR shall not be liable for any failure to
print, publish or circulate the advertisement due to acts of God, acts of
government, strikes or other circumstances beyond its control.
- At any moment, your ads may run
simultaneously with another company's ad. RECR reserves the right to run any
two ads simultaneously without notice to any other organization. We will
make every attempt and will work with you in determining the best placement
and time for your advertising.
- The following disclaimer will appear in
Appraisal Today newsletter for advertising inserts:
- Real Estate Communication Resources does not
necessarily endorse or warrant the products and/or services in the enclosed
advertising material.
