Our corporate headquarters is located in Poway, California with service centers in Poway, California and Danvers, Massachusetts. Patricia Perrine comes to us from Washington Mutual Bank. Pat worked primarily as a staff appraiser for WAMU performing field inspections. Pat has been a valued member of the appraisal industry for 13 plus years. Al has 10 plus years experience in the appraisal industry. Al's primary responsibilities at Hansen were in the QA Department as a staff reviewer. On January 20, 2000, Primis filed an S-1, Registration Statement for up to $86.2 million of common stock in an initial public offering. Number of shares and share price has not been set yet. The filing has some fascinating information, including what they paid for the appraisal firms they purchased (from $18,000 to over $2,000,000).
