Only 1 booth left
-
32 booths have been sold out of 33
total!!
4 Reasons for signing up for a booth now
and not waiting until the last minute!
- Advertising starts when we receive your application and payment.
- Your name, link, and description (up to 65
words) on the conference Web site Expo page.
- Your ad on the conference home page, starting
when we receive your application and payment.
- Recognition in our weekly email newsletter
(sent to over 3,600 appraisers) and our "paper" newsletter.
- Attendees like to see which vendors are
exhibiting, an important part of the conference for both prospects and your
current customers.
- We expect
to sell out!!
Expected number of attendees
About 250 attendees at AppraisalTech 2001 in August 2001. I expect more this time (350+) as the big years for CA CE will be 2003 and 2004.
Also, previous attendees plus those who missed the last one will want to attend. CA is on a 4 year CE cycle. 2001 was a low year for CE renewals.
Scheduled attendee time in exhibit hall
I know how boring it can be sitting at a booth with no attendees because
everyone is in the education sessions, so I have set up the conference schedule
for maximum contact.
Total contact time
- Day 1: 1.5 hour lunch, 2 hour total breaks
(both sessions), 1.5 hour reception = 5 hours plus continental breakfast
- Day 2: 1 hour lunch, 2 hour total breaks (both
sessions)= 3 hours plus continental breakfast
All refreshments and lunch will be in the Expo
room
Breaks will be staggered between the two
concurrent sessions - about 20 minutes in the morning (1 break) and 40 minutes
in the afternoon (2 breaks) for a total of 2 hours each day.
