Wednesday August 9 and Thursday August 10 - Main Conference and Expo with over 30 exhibitors. Two concurrent sessions in the morning and in the afternoon on both days.  (7 hours credit each day)

• Appraising Waterfront Homes - morning class with an afternoon field session in a large yacht, with lunch on board and transportation to the yacht, docked at SBC Park, home of the San Francisco Giants baseball team!! We will return to the Conference Center by 4:30 to 5PM.
  If you just want to come on the cruise, the cost is $65 (our cost).
