in excess of $500 million.
Special Purpose: 19
miles of coastline as if developed, over 500 power-generating windmills,
auto assembly plant, ice rink, biotech labs, and numerous damage,
contamination, defect, and casualty loss appraisals.
Expert Witness:
Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Sonoma, Santa
Clara, Sacramento, and San Joaquin Counties. Property tax appeals,
bankruptcy hearings, and professional negligence, eminent domain,
dissolution, contamination, and damage lawsuits.
Arbitration: Land
or property rent, purchase option, partition, fire loss, and economic
damage.
