Sponsorship opportunities

4 Reasons for signing up for a sponsorship now and not waiting until the last minute -

1. Signing up early for a sponsorship is very important as the advertising starts when you sign up.
2. Banner ads on www.appraisaltoday.com (500 unique visitors per day) and the conference web site, starting when we receive your application and payment. Your name, link, and description (up to 65 words) on the conference Web site.
3. Your logo and/or name on all printed and faxed advertising material, including mailed and faxed advertising, identified as a sponsor.
4. Special recognition in our email marketing, starting when we receive your application and payment.

Gold sponsorship - $5,000 - over 50% savings!! 

• Fee: paid in advance. No refunds. 
• Two booths in location of your choice. $2,000.
• Complimentary passes to all events for up to 5 persons ($1,475 value). You can give your extra passes to your customers.
• Banner ad on home page of the conference web site and on the home page of Appraisal Today ($1,500 value - 6 months at $250 per month). Only available to Sponsors
• Emailed list of attendees 4 - 5 weeks prior to the conference and after the conference (invaluable!). Additional lists can be sent when you prefer them.
• Print and fax advertising - Your logo and/or name on all printed and faxed advertising material, including mailed and faxed advertising, identified as a sponsor. Invaluable!
• Program Guide advertising
  • Your logo on the front page
• One email ad per month for 4 months in "inhouse" email ads sent to over 5,000 appraisers ($1,000 value)
• Your advertising material included with conference handouts. $300 value.
• 1 hanging sign in atrium, 2 signs in expo or education session rooms (your choice of rooms) $2,000 value
• 30 expo only passes - $900 value

• Small image ad on home page of the conference web site ($510 value - 6 months at $85 per month). Only available to Sponsors

  • Lunch sponsorship - one each day. With your your sign at the buffet stations. - $300 for one day.
