Bradley H. Ellis Bio

Bradley H. Ellis, IFA is a senior review appraiser for Option One Mortgage. An industry veteran, he has used AVMs and computerized databases for years and has designed bump logic review systems to aid lenders and investors in collateral risk management. He managed the training and quality control functions for the largest group of HUD Appraisal Quality Assurance System contracts. He is a certified national instructor for NAIFA and an AQB Certified USPAP instructor.

Brad has authored numerous articles and courses for NAIFA and served that organization on its board of directors for 5 years as well as serving as the national treasurer for 2003. He is a past President of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals and served on the steering committee, and as chair and the education task force, for the Mortgage Credit Access Partnership for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
