Strategic Development Worldwide

Vicky heads the Residential Lending consulting practice at Strategic Development Worldwide, a consulting practice that focuses on organizational strategy and development.  She combines general marketing strategy for the organization along with development of the consulting operation into the real estate and lending markets.  Previously she held a Director position with FNC Inc where she developed and managed a high profile consortium (Collateral Risk Consortium) of senior credit risk management people from the top national lending institutions.  Her experience in mortgage lending, software production and data management gives her a combined background that provides an understanding of the business needed for long term strategic planning.  Vicky has previously held senior positions in Business Development at CMDC and Transamerica Intellitech, and product management at HNC Software. Her background includes working in senior level management positions with TRW, American Savings Bank, as well as independent management consulting with large lending institutions.  This breadth of experience gives Vicky a keen insight into the financial industry and understanding from the customers’ viewpoint.  Ms. Cassens holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from San Diego State University.  She holds the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute.
