  Dawn Molitor Gennrich

Dawn Molitor Gennrich holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Currently, she is an independent consultant and instructor in real property appraisal and real estate regulatory compliance. She started her career as a staff appraiser in 1985. There, she developed experience in both residential and commercial appraisal, as well as appraisal review functions.  Mrs. Molitor Gennrich was VP/Residential Appraisal Manager for Union Bank of California for eight years before starting her own practice.

Today, her firm, The Sunrich Company specializes in development of valuation and credit policies and procedures (including guidelines) related to real property appraisal, appraisal review, quality control, and portfolio loss mitigation including fraudulent practices avoidance, as well as litigation services to real estate attorneys and federal agencies on regulatory compliance.

Mrs. Molitor Gennrich is active in various professional organizations and is a member of the Appraisal Standards Board. She has instructed both real property appraisers and users of appraisal services, has developed and reviewed curriculum in the field of real property appraisal, and has extensive speaking experience.
