Special Report on Estate and Trust appraising

If you’re thinking about doing estate and trust appraisals or are new to these types of appraisals, this report can really help. Even if you’ve been doing them for awhile, there are useful tips, such as don’t underbid when the effective value is not recent.

Included in the Special Report is a significantly expanded version of the July, 2007 Appraisal Today article, “Appraisals for trusts and estates – an excellent diversification opportunity.” Also included are IRS documents . There have been a few changes since then. The most significant was the recent increase in the federal estate tax limit.

I regularly write about this topic. To find the most recent article, go to the paid subscriber page and search for Estate and Trust.

Special Report on relocation appraising
If you’re thinking about doing relocation appraisals or are new to relocation appraising, this report can really help.

Included in the 22-page Special Report on Relocation Appraising are an expanded version of the September, 2007 Appraisal Today article, “Relocation appraisal – an increasing appraisal market”, reprinted ERC article “How the Relocation Appraisal Differs from Other Appraisals” plus information on the ERC’s appraisal training class, books, and articles. I have also included an application to join the ERC plus tips on filling out the application.
