Special Report on Estate and Trust appraising
If you’re thinking about doing estate and trust appraisals or are new to these types of appraisals, this report can really help. Even if you’ve been doing them for awhile, there are useful tips, such as don’t underbid when the effective value is not recent.
Included in the Special Report is a significantly expanded version of the July, 2007 Appraisal Today article, “Appraisals for trusts and estates – an excellent diversification opportunity.” Also included are IRS documents .
